Finished the kitchen now and refurbished the staircase with new hand rails, spindles and put in new risers. Before the stairs had a partition along the side now it is much better opened up.

Hi Everyone, As you can see from these new photos i have fitted engineered oak flooring.  I had to make the floor levels match through where i knocked the wall down with battens.  You can see from the finished photo it looked great.  There is also a photo of the finished boiler and central heating upgrade to a new eco Valiant self condensing combi boiler system which my gas-safe plumber fitted.

 

 

Hi everyone, we have started a refurbishment of a town house in Lynton Rd South, Gravesend. This picture above shows how the house before had the kitchen on the first floor but we have knocked down this wall to create a kitchen dinner down stairs. With a solid oak floor it will really look nice after.  Will put on the finished photos.  I will take some more photos tomorrow of what we are doing and do another blog.
