Camer Street Kitchen Extension and outbuilding

Posted on 16 July, 2016 at 15:33 Comments comments (80)
For the past couple of months I have been working on a kitchen extension to a listed property along with outbuilding offering two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and tv , complete with electric velux windows. Also a garage. The family of four required extra space for themselves and somewhere to stay for their extended family and guests.
It was necessary for me to source reclaimed yellow stocks to match the existing building. I have worked closely with my client from bathroom, flooring and tiling choices to Interior design advice in relation to paint choices and lighting. Welsh tiles used for the kitchen . There have been some obstacles such as the removal of a walnut tree and the relentless rain but I am very pleased to show you all the completed project which still requires dressing with furnishings and furniture to be done by my client.

Paddock Wood - double front extension

Posted on 27 January, 2016 at 15:02 Comments comments (63)
Just built a double front extension with full internal refurbishment including two new bathrooms and a kitchen.

Work in progress:

So far, you can see that we are at plastering stage. This week, we are concentrating on the downstairs floor, whilst finishing the kitchen and bathrooms.

As the owners can only vacate their house for a few weeks, we are working day and night to ensure that we are ready for their return.

Watch this blog for the completed job at the end of this week.

p.s - apologies for upside down and sideways photos...there appears to be no rotate button on here...hopefully, you will get a good idea..
